Scottish indie pop legends Belle And Sebastian have confirmed details of a lengthy British tour this December.

With indie pop gaining respectability, Belle And Sebastian will soon have a lot to answer for. The Glasgow based band did more than any other to keep indie respectable in the 90s, releasing a string of seminal albums.

After 2006's 'The Life Pursuit' the band took time off, with singer Stuart Murdoch embarking on a number of unusual projects. Gathering together last year Belle And Sebastian began working on new material, announcing a series of live shows.

Modest Mouse - Frightened Rabbit To Support Modest Mouse!

Scottish indie heroes Frightened Rabbit have been frequent visitors to Belfast in the last couple of years, with dates at Auntie Annie’s, St. George’s Market and Custom House Square, and it seems they are going to be back in December. According to their Myspace page, they have been chosen as support for the mighty Modest Mouse’s UK and Ireland tour, with relatively intimate dates pencilled in for Galway, Limerick, Dublin (twice) and Belfast.
